AGAETIS may be required to communicate, in strict compliance with the law, some of your personal data to the authorized administrative and judicial authorities for the research and identification of the author of an offense.

III. Why does AGAETIS collect your data?

AGAETIS collects and processes the personal data that you transmit via the contact form. The purpose of the collection differs depending on the reason selected:


“Project” or “coffee” reason: the data is processed in order to receive and process your request. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of AGAETIS to contact its customers or partners.

“Application” reason: the data is processed in order to manage your applications and process your requests for information. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of AGAETIS, namely, the development of the company's resources and skills as well as entering into contact with potential candidates. An assessment of your skills resulting in the selection or not of your profile is carried out as part of the processing.


IV. How long does AGAETIS keep your data?

The data that you transmit to AGAETIS are kept for a defined and respected period, namely 2 years after your last contact.


When you make a request to erase or withdraw your consent, AGAETIS immediately deletes all your personal data after verifying your identity.
